Bring Gagangiri Masala Chaas pouches.
Empty it in a container. Here we are using an earthen pot.
We are going to add a smoke flavour to it. For this take a wooden charcoal.
Heat it up in flames and once it starts burning up, put it in a small bowl that fits into the mouth of the bowl containing the chaas. Add a small amount of ghee in it.
Smoke will originate. place it in the mouth of the bowl.
Close the lid. wait for 4-5 mins. let the smoke mix with chaas to add its flavour.
Transfer the smoked chaas in serving cups.
Add a bit of mint leaves to give extra freshness.
