A nice creamy yoghurt mix from Gagangiri Shrikhand that you and kids are going to enjoy.
- Mango Pulp
- Gagangiri Shrikhand
Open up a Gagangiri Shrikhand jar and empty it in a bowl.
We are going to partly make mango flavoured. Take some mango pulp. If you don’t have fresh mangoes, you may et the pulp from the store.
Add mango pulp to the shrikhand on the bowl.
Mix it to let the two blend it properly.
We are going to arrange the shrikhand and amrakhand in the bowl. Add a layer of shrikhand.
Add amrakhand layer over the shrikhand and another shrikhand layer. Do it to add a few layers.
With the help of a piping bag, add the last layer of shrikhand.
Add a little dry fruits over the shrikhand.
The relish is ready to be served. Delight your guests.
