
Shahi Paneer

Ingredients for
- Paneer 200g
- Ghee
- Vegetable Oil
- Cashews
- Red Chillies
- Tomatoes
- Onions
- Garlic cloves
- Coriander Seeds
- Cloves
- Cardamom
- Coriander leaves
Gagangiri Product used
- Gagangiri Paneer
- Gagangiri Ghee
Directions

Step 1
Open a Gagangiri 200g pack and take out the block.
Step 2
Cut the block in desired pieces. Medium sized.
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan.
Step 4
Add coriander seeds, cloves, Anise, Red Chillies to it.
Step 5
Add onions to the spice mix and stir for a while.
Step 6
Add cut tomato pieces.
Step 7
Stir the mix for 1 minute.
Step 8
Grind the mix to make a paste.
Step 9
Now add a bit of ghee to the pan.
Step 10
Add cashews and stir it till cashews become ver light brown.
Step 11
Grind the cashew to make a paste.
Step 12
Now head oil in the pan and once it gets heated, add the spices-tomato paste.
Step 13
Keep stirring. Let it cook for 1-2 mins.

Add the cashew paste to it.
Step 15
Cook it for 2 mins. Keep stirring.
Step 16
Once it begins to shed the oil, add water to it.
Step 17
You will see the gravy is now smooth. Add salt to taste.
Step 18
Add panner cubes to the gravy.
Step 19
Mix the paneer with the gravy.
Step 20
Close the lid and let it cook.
Step 21
The panner will cook along with the gravy.

Open the lid and with help of spatula mix the cooked recipe.
Step 23
Transfer the dish to a serving bowl and add fresh coriander leaves.
