Sevai cup Shrikhand
We are sharing a wonderful sweet made with sevai and Gagangiri shrikhand. Its going to be an amazing sweet you have ever tasted.
Ingredients for Pasta
- Vermicelli / Sevai
Gagangiri Products used
- Gagangiri Shrikhand
- Gagangiri Ghee
- Gagangiri Milkpowder
Roast a few vermicelli in Gagangiri Ghee. Roast till it gets brown.
Add a little milk powder and water and roast for a few mins.
Transfer it to a bowl while its still hot. Then take cupcake moulds. We are going to make a shape for our sevai container.
Put some sevai in the mould and with help of a spoon press on it so it takes the shape of mould.
Add some space in the middle for the shrikhand to come.
Now with help of fingers, make a nice shape. As the sevai cools down, it gets sticky and hard
You have made a nice basket out of the sevai..
Take a Gagangiri Shrikhand jar and open it up.
Scoop shrikhand with a spoon and place it on the sevai space.
Fill the other sevai nests.
Add some finely shredded dry fruits over the shrikhand.
Add some pomegranate seeds over it. It give a nice flavour to the dish.
Serve and delight everyone with this wonderful sweet.
