- 2 Bread slices
- 1 cucumber
- 1 Tomato
Ingredients for green chutney
- coriander leaves
- mint leaves
Gagangiri products used
- Gagangiri Butter
- Once made, consume within 5 mins
- Grind the chutney ingredients.
Take two bread slice.
Remove the sides of the bread slices using a knife.
Take one cucumber and one tomato.
Slice the cucumber and tomato in thin slices.
Pull out Gagangiri Butter.
If you have refrigerated it, keep it at room temperature for a while to soften the butter
Use a butter knife to take the soft butter and spread it over one bread slice.
Spread it evenly, you may see how Gagangiri is easy to spread.
Now, spread the green chutney over another slice.
Place the sliced cucumber over the butter spread.
Now, place the sliced tomatoes over the cucumber.
Place the chutney side of the bread slice over the tomatoes and press it.
