For veg lovers, paneer Bhurji is a dearest recipe. We are here going to make paneer Bhurji from Gagangiri paneer with green peas and tomatoes.

  • 200g Panner
  • Green Peas
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • Chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • fresh Coriander leaves

  • Gagangiri Paneer

Directions

Take one onion, 2 chillies, one tomato and 4 cloves of garlic.

Cut tomatoes in small bits.

Cut onions in small pieces.

Cut chillies in small pieces.

Take Gagangiri paneer and a grater. The soft paneer grates softly. Shred the complete paneer.

Take oil in a pan and heat the oil.

Add onions and green chillies and fry at bit till the onions becomes soft.

Add tomatoes, green peas, salt and chilli powder

Add the grated paneer.

Put the stove off. Mix all ingredients well.

Empty the recipe in bowl. Enjoy with hot chapatis or parathas.
