Ingredients
- 200g Panner
- Green Peas
- 2 green chillies
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 4 Garlic cloves
- Chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- fresh Coriander leaves
Gagangiri Products used
- Gagangiri Paneer
Directions

Step 1
Take one onion, 2 chillies, one tomato and 4 cloves of garlic.

Step 2
Cut tomatoes in small bits.

Step 3
Cut onions in small pieces.

Step 4
Cut chillies in small pieces.

Step 5
Take Gagangiri paneer and a grater. The soft paneer grates softly. Shred the complete paneer.

Step 6
Take oil in a pan and heat the oil.

Step 7
Add onions and green chillies and fry at bit till the onions becomes soft.

Step 8
Add tomatoes, green peas, salt and chilli powder

Step 9
Add the grated paneer.

Step 10
Put the stove off. Mix all ingredients well.

Step 11
Empty the recipe in bowl. Enjoy with hot chapatis or parathas.
