
Dal Tadka
Make a twist in your everyday food. Add a bit of tadka with Gagangiri Ghee. It makes your Dal so delicious.

Ingredients for Dal Tadka
- 250g Tur/Arhar Dal
- 2 Red Chillies,
- Cumin Seeds
- Curry Leaves
- Lemon
- Turmeric Powder
- 3-4 cloves of Garlic
- Salt for taste
Gagangiri Product use
- Gagangiri Ghee
Directions

Step 1
Take 250g Tur (Arhar) Dal and wash it.

Step 2
Cook it in a pressure cooker. Let it cool .

Step 3
Heat a Pan. Open your Gagangiri Ghee Jar and heat two spoon of ghee on the Pan.

Step 4
Add the cooked Dal to it.

Step 5
Add a pinch of haldi/turmeric powder to it.

Step 6
Add Salt as per taste.

Step 7
Add a bit of lime juice to add tanginess.

Step 8
Mix the dal properly after pouring these ingredients and heat it for 3 mins over low flame.

Step 9
Pour the ready dal in a serving bowl.

Step 10
Take a Tadka pan and add 3-4 tablespoon of Gagangiri Ghee.

Step 11
Heat the Ghee and add, 3-4 garlic cloves, Cumin seeds, 2 Red Chillies and a few curry leaves.

Step 12
Once its fried in ghee, pour the entire contents along with ghee in the Bowl having the cooked dal.

Step 13
Serve it with Hot chapatis or Steam rice and enjoy one of the finest dish.
