
Butter Cookies
Little Salted butter cookies is everyones favourite. We are presenting an easy preparation method using Gagangiri Butter.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg of Refined wheat flour / Maida
- 200g Powdered Sugar
- Salt as per taste

- Gagangiri Butter
Directions

Step 1
We are preparing the cookies using Maida.

Step 2
Using a measuring bowl, take 1/2 kg of Maida in a bowl.

Step 3
We are going to use Gagangiri Butter. Since we are making salted cookies, we can make use of the table butter.

Step 4
Take out the Butter from the box. If you had refrigerated it, keep it in room temperature till it melts and becomes soft to knead.

Step 5
Throw it in the bowl having the maida.

Step 6
Mix it well. Use warm water to knead it.

Step 7
Knead it well for 5-10 mins till it mixes well and becomes soft.

Step 8
Grease a baking plate with the melted butter.

Step 9
Make small balls and press it in form of biscuits.

Step 10
Place these pressed doughs in the greased plate and bake it at 190 degrees for 30 mins.

Step 11
Your cookies are ready.
